- Direct access to circulating materials in all formats.
- Telephone and walk-in reference service.
- Free career counseling, by appointment.
- Free Citizenship Preparation classes
- Free Conversational English Group
- Free Genealogy Research Group
- Proctoring of examinations, by appointment.
- Public access computers for word processing, Internet access and database searching.
- Programs at Patchogue-Medford Library and at other Suffolk County libraries, such as genealogy presentations, health workshops, book discussion groups and citizenship classes.
- Meeting room space for community groups
